Sulcata is whistling through nose

I have two sulcatas, they live outside and have a burrow and it gets really hot here about 110° mid day so sometimes I’ll put some water into the burrow for them. Just enough to wet the dirt to keep the temp down since the burrow is man made and only about two feet down.
